2. How to Report

In-App Reporting

1. Click the Report button (usually a flag icon) next to the content
2. Select the type of violation from the menu
3. Provide specific details about the issue
4. Submit the report

Email Reporting

• Description of the issue
• Screenshot or conversation ID (if applicable)
• Date and time of the incident
• Any relevant context

Timeline

• Emergency issues: Reviewed immediately (24/7)
• High priority: Within 24 hours
• Standard priority: Within 2-5 business days

What Happens

1. We receive and log your report
2. Our team reviews the content and context
3. We take appropriate action if violations are found
4. You may receive a follow-up (if you provided contact info)

6. Possible Actions

Depending on the severity, we may:

• Issue a warning to the user
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently ban an account
• Adjust AI companion behavior or responses
• Improve our content filters
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• No action (if no violation found)

7. Your Privacy

When you submit a report:

• Your identity can be kept confidential
• We don't share reporter information with the reported party
• Reports are handled by trained staff only
• Information is used solely for safety and improvement purposes

8. False Reports

Please report honestly and in good faith. Submitting false or malicious reports may result in:

• Account suspension
• Account termination (for repeat offenders)

If you believe action was taken on your account in error:
