This policy explains how and why content may be removed from Partneuro, and how to request content removal.

1. What Content Can Be Removed

User-Generated Content

  • Profile information and display names
  • Shared content or uploads
  • Public comments or feedback
  • Custom AI companion configurations
  • Any content you've created on the platform

Conversation Data

  • Your conversation history with AI companions
  • Saved chats and interactions
  • Message threads and exchanges

AI-Generated Content

  • Inappropriate AI responses
  • Harmful or dangerous AI-generated content
  • Content that violates our policies

2. Reasons for Content Removal

User-Requested Removal

You can request removal of your own content at any time for any reason.

Content may be removed if it violates:

  • Applicable laws and regulations

Specific Violations Include

  • Illegal content or activity
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse
  • Hate speech or discrimination

3. How to Request Content Removal

Remove Your Own Content

Conversation History:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Conversation History
  • Select conversations to delete
  • Click "Delete" and confirm

Account Content:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Manage Content
  • Select content type to remove
  • Follow prompts to delete

Full Account Deletion:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • This removes all your content permanently

Request Removal of Others' Content

If content violates our policies or your rights:

Include:

  • Link or location of the content
  • Reason for removal request
  • Your relationship to the content
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

4. Removal Process

User-Initiated Removal

  • Immediate: Conversation deletions take effect instantly
  • 24 hours: Most content removed from active systems
  • 30 days: Complete removal from backup systems
  • Exception: Some data retained for legal/security purposes

Policy Violation Removal

  1. Review: Report received and reviewed (24-48 hours)
  2. Assessment: Content evaluated against policies
  3. Decision: Determination made to remove or retain
  4. Action: Content removed if violation confirmed
  5. Notification: User notified of decision (if applicable)

Timeline

  • Emergency content: Removed immediately
  • Clear violations: Within 24-48 hours
  • Complex cases: 3-5 business days
  • Legal requests: According to legal timelines

5. What Happens When Content Is Removed

Immediate Effects

  • Content no longer visible on the platform
  • Access removed for all users
  • Search results updated
  • Links become inactive

System-Wide Removal

  • Content removed from active databases
  • Cached versions cleared
  • Backup copies marked for deletion
  • Associated data removed

Permanent Deletion

  • Content cannot be recovered
  • No backups retained (except legal holds)
  • Complete removal from all systems

6. Content We Cannot Remove

Certain content may not be eligible for removal:

Legal Obligations

  • Content required by law to retain
  • Records needed for legal proceedings
  • Regulatory compliance data
  • Tax or financial records

Aggregated Data

  • Anonymized usage statistics
  • De-identified analytics data
  • Aggregate trend information

Technical Limitations

  • Cached content on third-party systems
  • Content already copied by other users
  • Internet archive snapshots (outside our control)

7. Appeals Process

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error:
